3-Day Special!
Training for the Breast Cancer 3-Day? Jump start your training! Get three 30 minute sessions for $225 and 20% will be donated to your walker account!
Christi will share her 7 years of experience as a walker and get you nutritionally ready for the walk!
Includes analysis of your current diet, body composition measurement, counseling session with goal-setting exercise, and summary of strategies for your individualized nutrition plan.
Individual Session (30 minutes) $99
Follow-up visits to help you stay on track! During these sessions, you'll continue to work on the goals that are set during your initial visit, make new goals and celebrate your successes!
Kitchen Renovation (90 minutes) $129
A realistic evaluation of what's in your pantry and fridge. You'll receive written recommendations including how to use the items in your house to make healthy meals.
Grocery Tour (60 minutes) $150
Meet Christi at your favorite grocery store! You'll learn how to read labels and pick the healthiest foods. She will also show you how to plan for a shopping trip, save money on food and reduce food waste.
